Lightbulb Mounting motherboard on perspex! HELP!

Hey guys and girls, i have a peice of 4.5 mm thick 350mm x 350mm perspex - my dilemma is mounting things to it. I appreciate that holes need to be drilled but i dont quite understand how i thread the hole so that it can receive a screw?

    Could someone please enlighten me!

After looking at stock cases i note that the mother board is mounted into yellow drill bits, how do i go about getting those IN the perspex safetly?

    Suggestions please!

    THANKS PEOPLE!

    Hi

How you normally mount motherboards is to use a spacer that is attached onto the motherboard tray

You can get a thread tapping tool which will allow you to screw the spacers directly into the tray or you can drill a hole and just use a nut or a screw.

Look for hexagonal spacers on maplin's website to get some

You can see them in action here http://www.gordyhand.co.uk/php-cgi/g...apple/DSC00248 they are the white hexagons
