should this be in humour and jokes or are you being serious?
Serious. They sacked off there ATCS division who have started up a new company, we have had a chat with them at computex (the new div...)
any hints on the name of the new company
Lian Li will be loving it if they did main competitor gone

Well, since CM used to sell 300 quid cases and they are now all sub 100 you can't blame them for stopping.
omg.....thought they're doing quite good considering their prices
The average cm case sale nets £1 for the shop thats how cheap they are
They used to make 25 quid for the stores...
Hmm I hope the guys at Silverstone will be making some decent SFF cases, it would be nice to see a Coolermaster quality SFF case
The Last Man Standing Stands Tallest
S'funny how the word got around after I unearthed this story...
Back in March I saw ATSC's SP10 & SP11 mini-iTX cases and enthused about them in my SFF @ CeBit article. Shortly after that they canned the two cases. No number of emails or phone calls could get other response than they were not going to produce them.
Months later I got an email from a Company called Silverstone Technology. This email was from Joy Chou, who was my contact at ATCS. I checked thire website & noticed that thier cases look suspiciously like ATSC designs.
I met up with Coolermaster (ATCS's parent company) @ Computex, to discuss the lack of AP10 & SP11 cases. Basically I was on a hiding to nothing. They told me that they had basically closed down ATCS a while back and were seriously considering whether to continue producing cases...
I then went to see Silverstone to discover that most of the sacked ATSC employees were working there. They plan to continue where ATSC left off - producing top line cases and accessories.
The cases and a 400W silent PSU were very nice - we are talking with them with a view to taking up where they left of with the SP10/SP11 mini-iTX designs, which they said they might consider!
So there you go!
