    very nice job indeed one quick question for you. after you dremel out holes etc how do you get the finish so smooth on the edges?

    The blow holes on the front were done with a holesaw, and then the edges were sanded back. TBH I very rarely use my dremel nowadays, I either use a nibbler or a jigsaw.
