    casemod help

my case has 4 spaces at the front for 80mm fans like this:

    |-----|-----|
    |-----|-----|
    |-----|-----|
    |-----|-----|

he grill was not nice to cut out, my case is thick steel and cutting it (with side cutters) involved bending to weaken the metal = mess

ive got a dremel, it is useless for steel.

    what are these:

and would that be able to cut off the remaining bits of metal and make it nice?

currently i have 4 circular holes next to eachover without the middles, and there are spikes of metal about 4mm long with about 2mm space between them all the way round.

the good thing is that this isnt visible with the front of my case on, but i dont intend to put te front back on for a while due to adding watercooling v soon

dunno m8, but if you have already cut most of it and just want to tidy cant you use sandpaper or something? or some buffering plugin for the dremal?

nope, the dremel (a b&q clone) has grindin wheel type thingy which would just make sparks and not cut anything, and the sanding oen probly wouldnt do much either, might try later but i dont wanna make a mess in my case with mobo installed etc...

heh ur almost at 50 now

The nibbler you linked to would make it better but not perfect. If you get hold of a set of files thats the best way but use the dremmel to cut back far enough as possible then you don't have to spend hours filing
