    Our Very Own Star...

Well, If you've read CustomPC over the last few weeks you'll have noticed that stealing the front pages are the projects of our very own Case Mod God... Gordy...

This month CustomPC takes a look at Gordy's project "Bad Apple" where he's modded a fully featured PC into an Apple G3 Case!/

Check out there site here: http://www.custompc.co.uk/

And check out Gordy's site here: http://www.gordyhand.co.uk

I think it aint bad for a high-steet (i.e. not specialist) magazine...

You gotta remember that these mags are trying to get people into the whole modding scene so theres no point filling them full of very complext stuff to start with...

You may find as the magazine matures it gets more compelling.

I must say, I went into WHSmith, saw it there and flicked through it. I read Dave's column, was very good, then went to see gordys pit. Looked at the pictures. THen saw the little bit where it said sumthing along the lines of "Here's how you make a mac useful... turn it into a pc." I left in floods of tears. :'(

    Good article tho gordy

your collumn was fine David (can put a face to the name now too) its that lack of 9600pros and fx5600ultra cards in the midrange tests that struck me as odd. Both of these can be had had for £120-£150 the same price as the standard fx5600's and rad 9600's they were testing. Is this just a case of what manafacturers would let them review?

Also that voodoo pc is a bad joke (apart from that monitor)
