    yup, tis easy

ull need some cable - i used a cut up rounded ide cable (cos its very thin and wil go under cpu)

take off the back bezel that holds the battery etc.., u should see a VERY small (1mm or less) black circle thingy - thats the temp sensor (test by touching it, temp should rise to about 37ish). to use the extra probes ull need to unsolder the sensor - be carefull not to give it too much heat as u can ealsy damage it and the unit, solder 2 wires to where it used to be...
you should have got a piece of paper with it showing how to conenct them.. just do it like that.. u might wana get a SPTT slider switch so you can easly change between sensors...

will you be using the tiny normal sensor or just the big extra ones? id be happy to do it for you in exchange for the original sensor (i have no idea where to buy small sensors (maplin aint got em)- need another to stick on my gfx card).

i dont have the bezel on mine as ive made a better one from plexiglass (to mount it into case) but you cant use the center screws with it (you may have to buy some screws to hold it on, did it come with any? )
