Go to [URL=http://www.tooledup.com[/URL] and buy a tank cutter for about £15.00. It does a great job and you can cut any size hole with it. I did my 80mm and 120mm hole with it in my CM 201.

Never come across those before.
I must look into those. Curious to know how they go compared to a holesaw in terms of
noise whilst cutting
time it takes to cut the hole
finish quality of the cut (eg: rough edges or burrs)
40rpm max - how would I know if the drill is going too fast on min speed (or has enough torque to run this properly at min speed) ?
Suppose the only way of finding out is trying on some old metal...

in all honesty i would use a dremel or a jigsaw... i cut a 120mm hole (well the size of a cd) in the top of my cheiftec case using a jigsaw and its a lovely circlejust used some of the blow-hole rubbery stuff which i bought from OCS years ago to cover the sharp edges, added a biohazard lasercut grill and it looks lovely

go to B&Q m8 they start from £6 for about a 40 m up to about £12 fore a 120 mm are something close to that
