    Few queries on possible watercooling setup

    I'm planning to watercool my chassis, it's a SilverStone SG01 so all-internal isn't going to happen, I'm also more after lower noise levels rather than performance. So far this is what I've come up with -
    XX-Flow rev2.0
    Graph-O-Matic Rev3.0
    Graph-O-Matic Backplate
    Konvektor-O-Matic MAXI
    Swiftech MCP-350/DD DDC-12v pump
    DDC plexi-reservoir

    I've gone for the Konvektor-O-Matic MAXI so that I can use, if necessary, the stand-alone booster kit, though as I'm not looking to overclock I don't think I'll need this.

    Firstly, with this low-flow pump would the FreeFlow blocks be better, the XX-Flow looks like it'll give a high resistance to flow, however the pump is a high pressure unit. Would another solution be second pump in series to help keep the flow up? Though the loop would look a little strange & be less than optimal:
    Rad -> Pump -> CPU -> GPU -> Pump/Res -> Rad

    My second issue, or issues, is the hosing. From what I can tell PVC is the best for inside the chassis as it's rather flexible (though silicone is good it tends to tear which is bad when using compression fittings or am I being to cautious here?), however PE is much better for external hosing as it is less likely to get crushed, bent into restrictive shapes etc. Would it be advisable to use some type of bulkhead fitting (possibly with a tap to isolate internal loop?) or should I not worry and use PVC though out and just pass the hose through grommets? Finally, a little guidance on extras. Would people recommend using a flow meter rigged up to the mobo, or is that taking things to far?

    I would avoid using the flow meters as they just reduce the flow.
