PsONE Screen Mod - out of my depth

ok guys,

I've read through the PSOne screen mods in the other threads and I think due to the quality of the instructions I could make this work.

My PsOne Screen arrived this morning, and to my dissapointment it doesn't appear to to be the "official" psOne Screen, it does however appear to be pretty much the same.

The problem I have is the layout is slightly different, and I could use someone with experience to help me work out which wires do what, and how to set this up in the same way to the PS one official mod.

The screen is the PsOne "Wild things" monitor

Now I know I can just clip the speaker cables as I don't want speakers, however what else can I / do I have to snip, and how can I wire the video in up.

I should have made it clear. I don't expect people to be able to help me from the photos, more someone who understands the electronic side of these screens (specificly the psOne screen) could spend a bit of time working this through with me, so that I can get it in my case.
