Query on my Coolermaster Cavalier 3 window case

I recently got myself a Coolermaster Cavalier 3 case with the window. I have noticed that it is different to the ones I have read in the 5 or so reviews.

Firstly the window is plain and does not have the Coolermaster logos. Secondly the side panel on the other side does not have the air vents. Do you think I have a fake? (brought brand new from one of the large online PC stockists)
Or do you think Coolermaster have cut corners for the UK market?
Also is the perspex supposed to have some flex? I thought it would be as hard as glass.

    Much appreciated.

if your are sure the side window is supposed to have the coolermaster logos, it most probably is a generic side panel with window, i doubt this however because the sidepanels are usually designed for that specific case with the exact colour tone, and yes perspex is plastic therefore it is malleable
