Exclamation Best Tool For The Job

I have a Lian Li V2000B case, and im looking to have a watercooling system in there, i want to cut out the top part of the case to have a dual rad fixed to it.

I did buy a multipurpose cutting tool from B&Q once, but the discs werent too good, but i understand that you can get strengthened discs now?

I would just like to know what the best too is to do this, and i dont really want to spend too much on the tool, preferably less than £30 if poss.

So what do you guys think?

That case a decent jigsaw, dont get a dremel, doing my 3x120 hole took about 4 hours. The money might be better spent on a trip to micromart and rent a good jigsaw for the day.
