Silverstone Sugo Evo or Shuttle SN25P for Gaming???

Im completely stuck deciding which one of these cases to get, im looking for a good gaming rig that i can do some slight overclocking with and not have to worry about temperatures.

If i got the Sugo i would have the following in it:

Asus A8N-VM CSM Micro ATX
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4400+
OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) PC3200 Dual Channel Platinum Series
Western Digital Caviar Special Edition 200GB
Antec NeoHE 550W Modular ATX2.0 PSU
HIS Excalibur ATI Radeon X1900 XT

Is the motherboard here any good for overclocking/gaming and in the Sugo would all of these components create alot of heat?

If i got the Shuttle Id have the same components as above apart from the mobo, the PSU and possibly instead of the X1900 XT Id get a 7800 GTX.
Are shuttle motherboards generally good for overclocking? and is the cooling inside a shuttle good enough to keep the temps down?
Also will the PSU inside the shuttle be able to handle a X1900 XT if i got one along with the other components?

If anyone has either of these cases could they please list the pro's and con's as i dont have a clue which one to get.

I'd get a full ATX HTPC case from silverstone and then get an external H2O setup for it, like the thermaltake Vibe. That way you don't have to compromise on motherboard quality (I'm yet to see a stand-out mATX overclocking board).

Now why on earth would i want to do that when im looking for a small, reasonably light system?

I dont think that overclocking in a shuttle type case is a good idea. Mainly becuase theres so much heat and such little space for it to escape.

I would go for the SUGO, and the 4400 is plenty fast , overclock it just a tad to 2.4 and you have a 4800 X2.

I would also reccomend a PSU with a bottom 120mm fan, this will also act as a exhaust and help reduce temps. Enermax Liberty is a very good idea!

The shuttles have pretty good cooling due to the way they are deisgned. Some insane overclocks have been recorded on them.
Not sure where you get the impression that the heat has no where to escape ? - there is a fan both sides of the HSF, by the edges of the case, constantly forcing the hot air out, and fresh through.

While they might be warmer than a ATX based system, this is nearly always down to the graphics card. Choosing one that vents outside the case can make a huge difference.

dont worry about it, some people even have 2 7800gtxs in sli in the SN26ps.

Takes an ATX motherboard, but is similar size to a Hifi component. Will take a ATX PSU too.

Obviously I wouldn't recommend a regular PC case if you're after a small form factor... I just like being able to buy regular components rather than being limited to mATX ff and only 1 PCI card (wifi card and tv tuner anyone?) like on some systems.
