personally, i prefer the crystal blue fans rather than the painted ones. it kinda makes the insides glow a bit too.

If you decide to buy those items, although I love kustompcs for service and their catalogue - buy them from ebuyer. They'll be SO much cheaper, and just the same quality

I really like bl00 fans, but EVERYONE seems to have them nowadays... anyhow:

Ebuyers blue fans are like £1.13

    http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/produ...duct_uid=43059

    They aren't too bad either!!

    Might be worth a go?

I wouldn't bother going to fairs anymore - they seem to be filled full of people either selling overprices system pulls, or dodgy dealers that have less come back than ebuyer.

ebuyer, redstore, aria, hell - virtually all the online stores are cheaper, and they don't charge you to have a look!
Now go away before I taunt you a second time.

I have to say that I FAR Prrefer the Antec Bl00 LED fans compared to the Akasa's.

I have 2 of the Akasa's, one of which the 4th LED sometimes works, sometimes doesn't.

I also have 4 Antec Bl00 LED fans and they are perfect. Feel of far better quality - Look far better IMHO as they are a more solid blue rather than just 4 lines of blue.

And you can never get it too Bl00. (Bl00 LED's in keyboard, power LED, HDD LED, blue cathodes, internal lighting using LED's, bl00 LED fans everywhere (Only fans that are not is 1 PSU fan and a 120mm), monitor glows bl00, bl00 heatsinks etc on my PC. It still needs more bl00!)

Sounds like a loose connection to me - has there been any tension on any of the wires???
Any-who, it's not too difficult to rewire an LED if you really needed to?!

....and just for the record, I love bl00 lighting too!!!
My 1st case, the outside had a black front bezel, fading to metallic purple, then to metallic blue down the sides.
The inside was a homage to blue and UV goodness - but slightl before crystal/LED fans became popular, so I painted some black fans with purple and blue to match the outside of the case, and then also modded them with blue LEDs

I know - But one shouldn't have to start soldering! (Will get round to it eventually - Other mods to do first though )

Good effort on the early modding too! Sounds as if it would have looked shweet.
