Spray Paint, Red and White ATI project..

I'm thinking of spray painting an old cheapo case internals like those drive cage, MB trays etc to bright white.. possibly bright red at some areas to fit nicely with my X1800XT..

I have absolutely NO idea how to do it.. These are those SECC cases with a layer of grey primer already applied.. So I reckon I wouldnt have to sand all of it and apply a new layer of primer?

Where's the best place to get these spray paints? Also, what sort of paint do you use to make it look all nice and glossy? No need mirror finish, but should at least be gloosy enough to fit Nice Ruby on the white duct with my X1800XT
