    Modding help needed

Ok, heres the deal, i have a Tt Tai-Chi case, its a great case, but heres my plan, behind the doors i want a sheet of plastic that covers the entire front, i want it to be like.. black.. but also semi transparent? so that any backlit displays will show through, i also want to cut out parts in the plastic for things like the dvd drives (they are slot loading), how difficult is that to do? would something like http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_2171.html or http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_2176.html do the job? I'm a newbie at this kind of thing, and any help would be really appreciated.

One way acrylic would work, as would clear perspex with tinting stuff from halfords. To cut it tape up both sides with masking tape then use a jigsaw/holesaw to cut the holes

Nah, this's the stuff Mirror Silver Acrylic

It gives a solid reflection just like a mirror, until you turn your cathodes on and then it turns transparant! Excellent stuff, i have a whole side window panel modded with this that my GF uses to apply her warpaint. LoL

Yeah, i saw that stuff and it looks pretty cool... but im not sure i want the entire front of my case to be mirror like, lol, and id imagine it would show up fingerprints and things terribly.
