    Arrow Unts' case mod

Well, this is my first 'proper' post, not counting the 'introduce yourself' post, so I thought I'd start with something semi-good: me rig.

My main system has a LOT in it, from a SATA RAID array, to a SCSI drive, to loads of freakin wires. So, I had to find a case BIG enough, but also one that I could mod up a tad. Behold...

Now, I realise right now, that you probably haven't just fallen off your chair in excitement, as it isn't exactly the best looking case in the world. It is however, 'kin huge, and has some modding potential.

First thing - two PSU's! Why? Bragging rights, and because I can, . Note one PSU installed (in the modded space) and space for the 'proper' PSU:

Next up, a bulb in the front, and some EL wire around the green bezel bit. EL wire is great stuff! It fitted inside the bezel space beautifully and looks great in the dark:

I stuck a couple of fans on the side:

Finally, green fan on top, to finish it off:

    You like?

Damn that's a big case man! I reckon that case needs a nice coat of silver/black paint. It would make a huge difference

Looks pretty funky silver or black would be cool. Thought about a window at all?

And how about some EL wire around the bezels/drives....althought that may be OTT

I didn't feel like spraying that one - too much to spray, lol.

However, I did spray my other comp aluminium. I don't have any pics right now though
