    New case recommendation

After 3 years of uni, I've finally given in. My el cheapo case just makes too much noise. Now in my final year I don't want to listen to the constant whiring that fills my one and only room. When I built the pc a few years ago I just wanted the cheapest box possible. I'm hoping now that if I invest in a nice case it can travel with me through the next few generations of my computer.

I just want an as silent as possible case that I can just throw my components in and forget about. I've been on the edge of buying an Antec P180 for a while now but it's just a bit too expensive and it just doesn't seem as popular as it once was.

Is there another case thats almost as quiet but just a little easier to afford?

I wouldn't want to spend more than what a p180 would cost, so up to 90 quid or so. The antec solo looks good but would it be as quiet? All I've got to go on is the marketing mumbo jumbo pumped out by the various manufacturers.

I just had a look at a review. It sounds rediculously big. Although I was thinking of buying another harddrive, I'm unlikely to ever need the 14(!!!!) hd's it is able to hold.

I'll just buy a normal sized case and put my beer on top of it
