Some help getting a few components

I'm building a Strobe Flash based on this: http://makezine.com/04/strobe/

I can get just about all the components from rapidonline.com, but i can't find stockists for the following:

    SJ1-42514 2.5mm phone conn
    161-3504 3.5mm phone conn
    16PJ509 1/4" phone conn
    604-L132XGD green LED

    QSE114 phototransistor
    X0402 SCR

    V18ZA2 MOV
    1N4731A zener diode

Some of them i can get from the US, but i'm not wasting 15 quid on delivery for something that costs 10p

I've tried maplin with no avail. Anyone know any good sites/stores?

    Thanks

Should do the trick - if that fails, then i know someone who's dad is an engineer..

Oh on a side note (while we're on electronics) - My Nintendo DS has an input of 5V and 500mA according to the back label, as it's an import i haven't got a uk charger (just USB). So.. i tried rigging it up to my mp3 player charger which is 5V/800mA - it charges fine, i'm just wondering whether i'm running the risk of screwing the battery inside..?

If you still have probs there's a shop around 10 miles away from me that still sells stuff like this, a real aladdins cave of components really so I could pop in there for you and post.
