in the mood for a casemod

Im in the mood to mod the front of my case, and im not sure what to do,

Heres a picture of my case:

i was thinking of sometihng to do with blue neons as i have a blue LED fan at the front, maybe removing the silver metal bits, getting some clear plastic from somewhere and lining it with blue neon string....though that may be enough to blind me.

    any more ideas?

Ive seen blue neons down the front of the cases like you are thinking of. But it looked tacky, although it did have wierd silvery sparkles in it so it may look good with just plain neon.

Perhaps mod the front bays? the top?

Is that bottom bit solid or is it mesh?

Window in somewhere - maybe round the side fan (or just ditch the fan altogether..)?

i recently done a case mod myself, best thing i can say for you to do is definately plan exactly what you want to do, get all the bits you need then measure it up, and then do it.. its make life easiest.

    what i did:
    - sprayed the front bay covers black
    - sprayed the inside black
    - sprayed side grills black
    - cut holes for a 120mm where 4 x 80mms should go
    - changed a 60mm fan slot to 80mm

and still wondering whether or not to add a 120mm blow hole

Or get a Coolermaster Drive Bay thing (like used in the stacker) that gives you a fan and hard disk bays
