yep, pre-ordering from a retailer wont see you getting it before the 08th. have to go ebay hunting for it to get it earlier

i got the ltd edition for £35 inc postage, so less than if id got it on release day, and less than the price of the normal version in most places.

If it arrives on time, getting stock of a game a week early is extremely uncommon, most retailers only receive theirs on the day before launch...

its not UK stock tho, so it wouldnt technically be a week early

The game is region locked though mate... If you Xbox isn't from the same region it won't work.

was this one. he has others for sale but has changed to actually auctioning them now rather than the dutch buy it now he had going with this one

Thanks mate, I'm still unsure on that one, he says the game is region free, which none of the versions of this game are!

It also says there are "chinese" characters on the box, which would indicate and NTSC-J version of the game, which is locked

i dont know if people are purposefully trying to create FUD, but every forza forum is packed with headless chickens that don't seem to be able to decide between themselves the colour of grass.

the same happened when no-one could decide if the game had been patched to remove jaggies. some said they thought it had, some said they didnt think so. but no-one could say for certain, and provide any other evidence than 2nd or 3rd hand information
