Ooo sweet, thanks for that jim, they a good shop with prompt deliveries, etc?

    Whats the code BTW?

EDIT: Bah they require that you get it delivered to your card holders address for your first order and it costs more to go home and collect it than I save

Just watched that video, I love how the disks head up, looks like an awesome game, can't wait

Things have always turned up promptly in the past with them so I don't expect this to be any different.

Just found this little article http://www.gamesradar.com/gb/xbox360...sectionId=1001

After reading it I really want to get one of those force feedback wheels

I'm hoping they're gonna be doing a forza 2 and steering wheel bundle.

I can't wait for this game! I love racing games (more than any other genre) and I have such high hopes for Forza 2 that I actually believe it will be the best racing game to date.

I'll be getting the wireless wheel for this, and probably make some sort of cockpit!
Yeah same to you ... i am crazy behind this game ... a very interest game ....

i've been waiting for this game for ages, got well angry when it kept getting pushed back

as for a steering wheel, i much prefer using the standard xbox360 controller... i think the top pgr3 players say the wheel is a lot slower for them, but i guess its what you prefer.

anyways thanks for the video links !

PGR and this are completely different games though, PGR3 is a very easy game to play, Forza 2 is supposedly incredibly realistic, especially if you crank it to hardest difficulty and turn off all the driving aids. A force feedback wheel is meant to be very good for this game as it gives you a better feel of how the car is gripping.

I'd say that most racing games are easy and at the same time difficult.

PGR3 can be completed by just about anybody on the easiest difficulty. On the hardest difficulty, it took me months to get it all done.

Forza 2 will be similar, but in a much cleverer way. When playing Forza 2, if you race with some of the assists on (ABS, traction, no damage etc) then you'll win less in game credits and you'll progress through the game slower. If you play at the toughest settings without any assists, you'll earn a lot more credits and as a result go through the game quicker.

Another bonus is that Forza 2's single player and multiplayer components are linked. Winning a race online will add credits to your single player career too so theoretically, you could just keep racing online and unlock all the cars.

umm i suck at racing online too the last racing game i realy got to grips with was metropolitan street racer on the dreamcast made by the same people who made pgr3. that game was fun and i realy enjoyed it.

I never liked grand tourismo though! The game is just too hard. is forza 2 like grand tourismo in terms of realistic handling?

Forza 2 is arguably a few steps further in the realistic direction.

Not to worry, just go round and round the test track for a day or two, you'll soon get the hang of it. There'll be a demo released on Live Marketplace too before the game launches so you'll have a chance to drive and see if it suits you.

Yeah, GT isn't actually that realistic TBH, not compared to this game. Although with the assists turned on, and I think you can change the difficulty also, most people will be able to play it without too much difficulty.

Can't wait for the demo to be released.

Well I'd heard rumours from other people about it coming out after the DBU, and that happened today... It could be good news, or it could be an announcement to say theres another announcement about an announcement.

    Only time will tell.
