Haven't played the game myself, but my sisters have and I have watched a fair bit of it. Pretty sure they are sex scenes were you are in control, and there is one bit where you have cut off your own finger.

Yes, partly due to the choices made throughout the game, although some sexual material is non-avoidable.
Naked scene also.

There is violence, nearly full nudity, and swearing. I really enjoyed this game but wouldnt let my 8 year old near it. It's not a kids game, so I wouldnt buy this for anyone under the cert.
I`d say minimum 15-16 years old for the game as I finished it and it has quite strong scenes and choices that player has to make like kill anohter father, cut of your finger sort of things.
yeah i agree 15 seems about right, awesome game if a little short.
It's a 18. You have to move your controller up and down as some hot action takes place.
I would hope that slicing your own finger off warranted an 18 as well to be honest
