Rockstar's Table Tennis heading to the Wii

Rockstar's Table Tennis heading to the Wii according to maxconsole

Well if i remember correctly the game got good reviews on the Xbox 360 so will it will have a graphical downgrade but hopefully with sold controls should be a blast.

Interesting...the controls had better be perfect though. I didnt like the jerky controls in wii play tabletennis and for a fully priced game that is just tabletennis theyll have to do it well.

I think ill definitely be waiting for some reviews before buying.

Lanky, if you've not played the X360 version you'll know what made it such a good and enjoyable game was it felt a perfect control system. If its translated properly it should be amazing.

The control translation is what im worried about. With the need to accommodate everyones arm span etc and the wii controllers limitations (not sure theyve been tested to their full extent by any game yet) i dont know if it will be possible to get the controls exact enough. Then again as you said, they did it with the 360 version (although i havent played).

I just wont be mindlessly preordering as i might with mario galaxy. Im interested, but ill need reviews...

The 360 version was so good because of the quickness you could pull off the 4 shots and their variations. Wouldn't your wrists die if you had to try to do that with the wiimote?

If people can get 'wii elbow' just playing tennis then most definitely with tabletennis.

Hopefully any lack of responsiveness in the wii remote and/or injuries will be made up for with the extra interactiveness.

I don't suffer from Wii elbow any more. Played enough to get used to the movements and my body is sorted with it

Saw some cool tennis racket addons to the wii remote from URL removed they'll go down a treat with this game!

But not as cool as I'd be if I contacted advertsing@HEXUS.net to advertise properly rather than try and sneak the same URL into all my posts
