This sounds pretty interesting! A focus group, which I understand means you'll sit around and chat about the game they are showing and then they may even listen to you and take action.

It's an open invitation, so it's not exclusively for HEXUS readers, I think it's just a first come first served scenario.

Anyhow, here is the invite:

Atari are organising a focus group for Alone in the Dark on PS2 and are looking for 30 avid PS2 gamers who love action/adventure games.

The event will take place at Atari offices in Hammersmith (London), on 6th, 7th and 8th August from 10am to 4pm, with 10 different players each day. Players must be 18 or older and will be required to sign a non disclosure agreement. They will be asked to give us feedback on the game.

Lunch provided, as well as a nice goodie bag

If you are interested, please email us at uk.support@atari.com with full name, age, contact telephone number and preferred date. Please put "Alone in the Dark event" in the subject line so that they can easily identify applications.
Let us know if you apply and you get invited! Thanks to Kalniel who tipped me off about this!
