    It's not a root-kit.

    Re: Bioshock

Just finished the game and I must say I was very impressed overall. Could have been a little harder, even on hard I found it to easy in places, I even got all 1000GS on my first run through. Always had to much ammo and money.

The story and gameplay were awesome though and made up for any of the above I mentioned, looking forward to a sequal

    Re: Bioshock

I got the limited edition version for the 360 off ebay for £32 delivered

Been playing it for a day and a bit now... it really is good. I can't say there is anything on it which has made me go wow.. but it certainly sucks you in and gets addictive. Easy and Medium are actually way too easy... Hard setting is good, much more challenging.. but still quite easy.. the hardest part is killing the big daddys... those are next to impossible to kill without dieing.

    Re: Bioshock

its all about the story tho!

the story has had alot of thought and i think its playability is top notch too often a game lacks one of the 2, this has both. Im personally looking forward 2 hl2 when that gets released as that for me is the best game of all time!

I got all but one on my first play through - I missed 3 diaries, although I had a list of the diary names and was checking them off as I picked them up - 3 from Hephestus didn't seem to register... have to find an old save now and play the last few levels again.

    Re: Bioshock

theres a trick for big daddys, do it be a chrono thing and just dont bother wasting health packs, or, hypnotise them, let them take a beating, wait for it to wear off, he go gets a little sister and hes easy to kill

    Re: Bioshock

Sorry if this has already been discussed but how does it play on the 360 vs PC anyone?
Tried it out on PC but not getting good enough FPS even running at 1680x1050 :/

    Re: Bioshock

.. I've had both. The PC looks better, slightly sharper textures and get the keyboard/mouse controls - I get fine performance (all maxed) at that resolution on a 8800GTS.... But I got hold of the xbox version from a mate - I couldn't deal with the continual lockups and crashes of the PC game. If it was my money again I'd get it on xbox - put it in and play.
What we share with everyone is glum, and dark...

    Re: Bioshock

I gotta say i'm not a big fan of shooters but this game rocked my world. The story is immense and the big daddys are sooooooooo scary. I brick it every time!!!
