    Game looks fun, something to play while other games come out anyway. Most prob get it on the pc over the 360

    Wait for the reviews first, lots of hype around it. It does look good though, so we shall see.

    All reviews are 95% or 10/10 so far. This will be a game of the year no doubt about it

    2am tonight a special announcement will be made too. Many of us think it's a dmeo!

    Re: Bioshock

    Yup this is a must-have game but the pc version is the stronger contender. There is a pc-only options menu which includes turning off the quest compass, disable the golden sheen on mission-critical items and you can only have auto-aiming on unless you plug a 360 controller in.(why you want to play this with a pad or auto aiming!!!) which is another reason to keep away from the console version, auto-aiming!!

    http://www.computerandvideogames.com....php?id=169860

    this is the link for the surprise announcement!!!!

    also system specs!!

    Here are those (deep breath) specs...

    Minimum system requirements

    * CPU: Pentium 4 2.4GHz Single Core processor
    * System RAM: 1GB
    * Video Card: Direct X 9.0c compliant video card with 128MB RAM (NVIDIA 6600 or better/ATI X1300 or better, excluding ATI X1550).
    * Sound Card: 100% direct X 9.0c compatible sound card
    * Hard disc space: 8GB free space

    Recommended system requirements

    * CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo processor
    * System RAM: 2GB
    * Video card: DX9: Direct X 9.0c compliant video card with 512MB RAM (NVIDIA GeForce 7900 GT or better); DX10: NVIDIA GeForce 8600 or better
    * Sound Card: Sound Blaster X-Fi series (Optimized for use with Creative Labs EAX ADVANCED HD 4.0 or EAX ADVANCED HD 5.0 compatible sound cards)

    well a couple of things in th 2k webpage it says you req service pack 2 for xp (which i havent installed???)
    and as for a genreral question, does games for windows detect a pirate copy of windows??????

    Re: Bioshock

    I am just about to go Quad core on a G0 6600 im hoping to push it to around 3.6ghz under water and pray that along with my 8800gtx the game will fly at 1900x1200 although I think Crysis might slap my rig silly

    I always have my ever happy 360 to fall back on for Bioshock though

    Re: Bioshock

    hehe nice plan but i would not consider buying a fps game on a console... bioshock will be fine on your pc, but crysis on those resolutions? i can see you flogging that 880gtx quite soon then hehe
