Right - Game have their own brand at 13 quid, the Nintendo original is 23 quid. Is this really as much as a no brainer as it looks?

I used the Game one without issue
I'd go for the official one, for £16.99, from http://www.dvd.co.uk/product.asp?id=...L2&CID=0&CTY=8

Ive got an even cheaper generic brand from an amazon seller and its been perfect...if you need to save a few quid for an extra game this isnt a disastrous place to do it.
Good stuff. May it help provide you with many hours of jumping-about-like-a-loony type fun
I wish I could make use of one myself, but I only have room for scart, so that's what I've got. No 480p goodness for me. It's still a huuuge step up from composite though, but that's no great surprise
Go for the cheap version.
got mine for £2 from a HK based online store (can't remember the name off top of my head...)
Its worked great on my Samsung 932MW, it looks so much better than the provided phono leads
I got mine from Ebay, about £8 and its fine with my Samsung 40" LCD TV
It could have been dealextreme dot com. That's where I got mine from (can't give URL as I am a new forum member). It takes about 10 days from order to delivery...but it's a good saving and nothing wrong with it. However, you need a PayPal account to pay.
The SKU number is 4256 (works out about £3 delivered)
I got a cheapo one when I bought my Wii at launch as the official ones were all sold out. Never had any problems with it and the graphics are much sharper at 480p. We're not talking audiophile quality with the official one - you would never know the difference.
I would go for a cheap version. I do not think there is much diffence between th eoffical version and a 3rd party cheaper one
