Can you get cable internet? (virgin media)
dish network would be a US satellite company, so assume he's in the US.
basically, anything that can go into a router of some kind will get a ps3 online.

Call of duty is Awesome! got Oblivion from the missus at chrsitmas so i might not be on COD for a while but i will defo be back soon as i finish it - its so addictive
