Microsoft and there stupid download policy for Live Arcade games

I started collecting the games got quite a few then lost my box to damage so had to replace now i cannot play any of my games without being connected to the internet which is BS as my 360 upstairs now i would buy a wireless adapter but the price for it is £60 the pc equivalent is £10 which makes it a pathetic price but thats not my problem the prob is my 5 year old plays on my 360 and i don't want him buying games as my CC info on my account so he could easily buy games. so its kept offline meaning all my BOUGHT games are in demo mode and now i cant play any I rang up MS support they want me to photograph a receipt for my console an since i bought it online cannot replace my games for off line play. MS support is a joke and so is there stupid download rules I know why they do it but surely there is a better way?

Yes, you keep phoning until you get someone who knows their job. They can and do reassign arcade games to new consoles. Just print out your receipt from the internet and that should be perfectly possible.

Also, just a quick point, punctuation makes things much easier to read.

Did you buy it on a credit or debit card? That will be some evidence.

Did you get it from a shop or from ebay? Any reputable shop should be able to supply a receipt...
