100% on GTAIV is single player only stuff though, and there are people on my friends list who have Let Sleeping Rockstars Lie. So it can happen, although its pure luck.
The fools at Rockstar should have made it viral really. Kill someone who has killed someone who killed someone who killed a rockstar dev.
EDIT - Well according to a few sites I looked at, this achievement *is* viral... I'm sure the same guides said it wasn't a few weeks ago.
Anyone got the guide book? Viral or not?

dont aim, just hip fire, as you come down the rope turn right. try not to reload, so double tap only, if you miss waste another double tap on them, learn where to flow the flashes, and if you run out of ammo, pistola the last 1's, then run your arse off

ive got the rockstart one just lucky myself and the other people i play with where all in the same match tried for 100% and got bored hunting pigeons
oh Rockstar one IS viral if you still havn't noticed
go on a Ranked DM and your pretty much guaranteed to get it first game
On a GTA IV note, auf wiedersehen petrovic. Not impossible, it will just take a very long time indeed
..anything online as I don't use multiplayer, seems the majority of points are found only online therefore needing a gold subscription!
pro evo 2008, since the game is glitched it wont let me get 2 league achievements for beating all teams so impossible to get the ultimate player
