Yeah, I just posted in the main gaming section about it.

    http://forums.hexus.net/hexus-gaming...s-end-war.html

Frankly, it looked nice and all but I couldn't work out what it was I was meant to be doing or how to do it!

I usually love tom clancy games but couldnt get into this. I got in the beta and played it a few times and had no idea what was going on or even cared enough to learn. Too much to learn imho.

Re: Tom Clancy's End War Thread

I don't like it. I appreciate the idea of trying to bring RTS's into a bit more of a FPS viewpoint but it just doesnt work. You can't see enough of the battlefield, and you have to keep pinging around the map just to see what your units are doing. If it was a nice top down view I recon it would work.

The voice recognition on the other hand is a big step forward and I can see it being used in more and more games because shock of horrors it actually works!!!!

Re: Tom Clancy's End War Thread

Good fun, but the standard view is far to low. Sitrep view is better.

Am impressed by the voice command, was expecting it to be a gimmick tbh.

Reminds me an awful lot of ground control, not nearly as much fun however. Think I'll stick with Civ Revolution tbh.
