Search Xbox box on ebay... actually hang on a sec... those can go for hundreds :p
I would just get any old box and use tonnes of bubble wrap
i did as sim suggested and had no troubles. In fact my spare 360 is just about to make the same journey!
i put mine in a box from amazon with bubble wrap as they dont return in the box you send it out in!
I thought microsoft sent you out a box, the "coffin" as people nicknamed it?
Just wrap the 360 in lots of bubble wrap, secure it in a regular cardboard box (I used newspaper), and seal it.

I just put it in lots of bubble wrap and put it into a box from dabs who i had recently ordered it from.
I kept the box from Microsoft though so if it breaks again...
yeah just pop into your local supermarket, take some bubble wrap off of the apples and ask nicely for a suitable box, mine is currently sitting at the bottom of the stairs all packed up and ready to go, assuming ups turn up!
once you get your email from them it acturally says not to use the original xbox box as you dont get it back.
Yea I was told not to use the original box because then people know whats in it and it gets robed.
