60 or 120gb?
Either or really. I've only got a 20gb one, and i'm unable to have more than one title installed at once.
Cheers...
Best I can see is £48 for what I believe to be a second hand 120gb drive.

I have a 60gb HD atm and with all the games I am playing atm I really do need the 120gb HD. Does anyone know how easy it is to copy all the save files etc Or is it a case of suck it up and start over with some games? I can obviously go off and download the xbox live games again so that is not a problem.

Not terribly sure if they come with the cable, I still need to get one myself.
There's a bit more in-depth inofrmation here <

Cheapest I can find is about £90 at Amazon. At that sort of price I might just buy an Elite and sell my Premium on with a couple of my completed games.

Yep
Plug in your new 120gb HDD, plug the 20gb into the adapter (I think it works that way) then use the supplied CD
it DOES blank the hard drive it copies to mind, so you might need memory cards for some stuff, and you will have to 'rip' the discs to your HDD again as the drive key/checksums change
If you dont necessarily want to have a new one, then CEX isnt a bad idea tbh (Link in one of the previous posts). Just go get one from the store nearest you. I traded in the 60Gb that came with my premium and paid some more to get the 120GB. Havent had any problems with it at all to be honest and its half full at the moment - had it about 6 months now. But I can understand if you'd want a retail one for peace of mind. JP
Getting the transfer cable from MS is a doodle. Just fill in the form (from their site) and post(kinda daft considering) it to MS. Took less than a week to get mine, and that was with the Easter holiday as well.
