Recommended games for ps3

Just got a ps3 and wanted to know what games you would recommend, i like fps but i'd rather leave it to my pc and before anyone asks yeah i know i can always get a keyboard and mouse

although i have over 30 ps3 games now - the ones that i just cant stop playing are: street fighter 4, uncharted, infamous, metal gear solid 4, gran turismo prologue and recently demon souls (jp import)

Another vote for Uncharted and Wipeout HD, LittleBigPlanet is good for a bit of nice chilled out after work gaming as well plus you can pick it up for all of about a tenner now.

You definately need to play MGS4. I enjoyed GTAIV too if you haven't already played it. Prototype is also awesome. There's loads

2nd for Metal Gear Solid 4, I picked up a copy from Play for only £12.50 as part of their 2 for £25 deal, completed it a couple of weeks ago and it was insane, like a very long movie that you get to play in too, ha.

Red Faction Guerrilla was alright although I'd say wait for it to be reduced to £17.99 before buying it.

Timeshift - I had so much fun playing this, not too sure why it got bad reviews, I loved it and picked it up for under £10 New off eBay.

Resistance & Resistance 2 - The first one is better imho.

just finished mgs4 and i gotta say the length of some of the cutscenes are crazy, you guys werent kidding!!! Awesome game tho......I wouldnt expect anything less from kojima
