You copied your pirated games to an SD card and now they don't work?..I hope you meant save games not games?..

edit - as far as I can tell, as long as this is discussion about system transfer stuff through the official DS tools it's fine mate

Re: geting my dsi games back from an sd card

If they are legit games and are on your account you can call Nintendo and they can do the transfer.

Only downside is that the games are registered to the serial number of the previous console, so to do the transfer you will need the serial number from your previous console or Nintendo wont do it.

I have had a run in with Nintendo with this already, I had purchased a few N64 games including Mario and Zelda and quite a few of the C64 games. Then the family Wii died and it got swapped by Argos. Trouble is though, I didnt have the origional Wii serial number anymore as Argos kept my origional receipt. So because of this even though it shows on my Nintendo account they refused to transfer onto the new Wii due to me not having the origional Wii serial number and their systems dont show the serial number of the machine you purchased the titles on.

Now I flatly refuse to buy any downloadable stuff from Nintendo as I feel completely ripped off by them.

I am onto my 3rd PS3 and once I got my PSN account onto the new machine I had no probs whatsoever downloading any of my purchased games. I called Sony before my second machine went in to be exchanged to see what their policy was on downloadable titles. They said if I have any trouble at all give them a call and they will sort it for me immediately.

You can still try giving Nintendo a call, they may have updated or changed their systems since I tried to sort out my issues. I am going back about 2 years now, worth a shot so you dont have to buy the stuff again.
