Anyone got it? Your thoughts on it?
Got mines last night; must say I'm quite impressed with the game although it's a revamped version of MW2 imo.
not played on the 360 yet but pc was crap
I've got it and I really, really like it.
polished off the campaign pretty swiftly and got onto multiplayer, i love it. I do have ONE issue with the game but it involves a big a$$ spoiler so i'll wait

Was playing it last night... I'm suprised at how very very few games I come across with lag, however with Black Ops it was constant. Even with a 30 mb/s F/Optic B/band didn't make a difference.
Mates coming up tonight to play it, don't think I'll be coming off it till the early hours of the morning lol.

i havent played the campain yet but can't wait to see what its like, the game itself it like a mixture of mw and mw2
Finished the campaign in a little over 7 hours, and that was with dying a fair amount.
A little short I thought, but a good storyline and quite enjoyable. Frustrating at points (bottom of the escalators at a London Underground Station) but equally rather easy to work out what I was doing wrong.
It really has become a mainly online game tbh - though that isn't such a bad thing
just hit that prestige sweet spot in multiplayer where you have unlocked all your favorite weps and perks for that preset of ultimate badassery

i've finished the campaign the storyline imo brilliant, at great ending to what began in COD4. You should really try and finish the campaign to see what all the fuss was about with the US vs Russia fiasco to get the gist of the storyline. Played it on normal and veteran and what I can say is the AI are not overly hard just take your time using cover to cover technique which will help you in your defence playing the SP.
MP though whole different story for me at times there's delay/wait time for when you can get into a session. Waited for duration of 15-20mins to get into a game, the alternative to get into a lobby quickly as possible would be to have a party of friends. Waiting time then is slashed to about 5mins approx. Once in a match average connection lag has been reduced alot compared to MW2. Obviously it will vary for most but in all i've been enjoying it a lot lately so much so i'm nearly prestige just have less than 20 ranks to go.
Campaign was enjoyable but only 8 hours to complete seems a bit short to me.

Why do people always say "oh cod 'x' campaign was a little short" ????? its a online multipayer game, designed for hours of fun online killing your m8's, the campaign is just a little added bonus.
Try playing it on Veteren for more of a challenge tho, playing it on easy is stupid.
Online makes me angry! I suck and get shot in the back constantly!
However, I do prefer it over black ops except for the lack of more open maps! Another thing is you level excceedingly quick online (well I think so anyway) It used to take me a good few days to get to level 30+. I got there in two 3 hour sessions of play, but then I have noticed that the levels seem to go up to level 80? (I have only had it 2 days).
I haven't completed all of campaign so I won't comment on that, however Spec Ops missions were fairly short, and some just seem impossible on Veteren (over reactor :@!!!).
I do like survival mode though, but it would be nice if there wasn't a sudden jump in difficulty, or that if your friend died, it didn't end the game and he came bcak in the next round like on zombies! Quite annoying if he goes down in a jugganaught round with 3 jugs with riot shields cruising his location = no hope.
Other than that I quite like it, easy for a newbie to get decent scores as the earlier guns can hold their own much better, I generally top my team and have done since I was level 4, now 30 .
