PS4 - Destiny - Anyone play this?

Just recently got back into Destiny. Decided to give it another go since I think I didn't really give it a chance the 1st time round.

Now? I'm hooked lol.

Not gonna play this again until they add the story back in. The completely stripped this game shortly before release. Never got bored with a game that quickly. If they ever fix it, I'd love to jump back in, the overall presentation and gunplay was amazing.

Downloaded the free trial of Taken King via PS Plus. Not got round to it yet. Generally the shooter type is not my game, I find they lack a story line prefering to go for all out violence instead. And since when did every game have to be an online fest?? what was wrong with 1 player at home? why all the social gaming thing? oh yes... money?

I'm actually for someone to do the crimson doubles with. If you do 7 matches you automatically get a ghost with really high defence I think 350.

Just found out that event ended tuesday :(

I've played it consistently throughout last year. Stopped after reaching max light level in January. Not much fresh content was added after TTK.
I was initially excited to play the new expansion coming this september, but I think I'll pass. I realized that Destiny became almost like a chore, making my PS4 backlog grow bigger.
Considering that in the same month Final Fantasy XV is going to be released, and Destiny is in his EOL process, I guess I'll just skip it and wait for Destiny 2 next year.

One of the best games I have played so far.
I really liked the combination of shooter, open world & online multiplayer experience.
Also the pictures and characters have been designed beautifully. The only thing that really bothered me was that you have to buy the extension every year or you simply can stop playing. If I would have known befor, I probably wouldn't have bought it :(

I loved this game and sank hours into it but now have stopped as the FOMO is too much in the game and you will always be playing :-)
