All sold out.
Does anyone know if Nintendo are actively seeking extra production capacity to even come close to meeting demand? I think with the way the PS3 is selling Sony might have some!!

i would of thought by now the wii will be widely available to masses now. its nearly march and still its in high demand? must be a damm good system
The Inq think that sales are dropping off in Japan, so we could be coming to the end of the delays.
Personally I'm wait to buy on when the high street shops (not that I'm definalty going to buy one from the hgih street) get big numbers back in stock, and forget it until all the rumours of consols in stock disapear.
It just annoying when random news sites start a rumour of some random shop/business have some in stock, or even the shops/buinesses them selves start these rumours. We all know the Wii is the great system, but they don't need to publise lies =/.
....my 2 cents
I used http://www.wiipreorder.co.uk/ to get hold of my wii very handy site indeed.
Play and gamestation both had Wii's instock this weekend at Derby.
Word is nintendo has been able to boost production by at least 50% but its still short of the mark.
Ill try and find the link again.
I was on the lookout for Wii reviews when I stumbled upon a review site.I immediately noticed the list of various merchants selling Wii online. Although stocks are still limited, they're coming in slow steady supply. All items are sold in bundles so that means that they come in complete sets including Wii Sports.
They are becoming more widely availible within DSGi now (Currys, Dixons, PCWorld etc) as in our store, we've started to get in around 4 per week on average, whereas when the Wii was launched, and the months following, we got 4, which were pre-orders.
4 in about 4 months has now changed to 4 per week.
We still have limited stock available
