I'll get it printed at Max Speilman.
The locket size is 1.5 cm height x 2 cm width and is oval shaped. It's this one - http://www.hsamuel.co.uk/webstore/detail/R/5133211/

A word of advice to Steven W...
Don't ever shoot digital pictures with date stamps! On film, perhaps there was a point, but on digital. the file already contains this in the metadata (if you have the clock set correctly on the camera); there's no need to ruin the shot by plastering it into the picture.
The second shot is impossible to crop to the dimensions stated (2x1.5cm) without having to include some of the green digits, or else getting the clone tool out (which I'm doing now).
Edit: And here they are:

Edits: white point adjusted to edge of tone curve, resized to 237x178 pixels (this approximates 20 x 15mm at 300dpi), unsharp mask (GIMP settings) radius 0.1, amount 1.25, threshold 3.

One last thing - download Picasa (it's free). It has all the editing facilities you could need, is simple to use, and can even upload directly to a number of online print services.
