Surely this box will now become the weakest link in your system. I don't know what the rest of your hi-fi is like, and how good your interconects are, but this probably wont be as good quality as those.

Yeah. I'm willing to put money on the fact that he won't notice any difference. Especially seeing as it's multiroom and the lengths of the cables to the speakers are gonna be quite long... Lol

Hate to think what that switch thing is gonna do to your amp. ever heard of impedience, the internal resistance of the coil? Its how hard the speakers are to drive. That switch thing is gona totally b0rk the impedience of your setup - especially in "all speakers on" mode. Could easily damage your amp.
