Recommend a good online cables dealer?

    Hey folks.

I've just upgraded my 5.1 rig to a Monitor Audio set from a flat panel Mission set. The Mission set had all the cables included in the pacahe as each speaker fed into the sub, and a cable went from the sub to the relevant inputs in my AVR.

However, my new set is currently speakers only with no cabling, so I'm looking for a good dealer to get lengths of good quality speaker cable cut (I've yet to measure how much though) as well as a lead to cnnect my sub to the AVR.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks!

richer sounds is a good place to start.
Someone left a note on a piece of cake in the fridge that said, "Do not eat!". I ate the cake and left a note saying, "Yuck, who the hell eats paper ?

Thanks barry, RS is fine, and only a 10 mins walk away from my flat, but am interested to see if anyone know of some good online places that will offer some high quality cabling at competitive pricing.

    Anyone with other suggestions?

If its copper speaker cable your after I purchased a spool (100m) from CPC and sold the spare on, think I made a profit.

Van Damme is decent cable - either 2.5mm or 4mm is fine.

This spot is good. In fact I think one of the old Hexites had a connection to them.

I used www.futureshop.co.uk before and they are quite good and have large selection.

Just to agree with Kushti, I used those peeps for the 300m of speaker cable that went into the walls of my new house. Good service and good price too!

Re: Recommend a good online cables dealer?

Thanks guys. I did in fact end up going to RS as I didn't get time to measure the lengths I needed last week. They cut me a deal too, so I got £5 per metere cable for £4 per metre so am all happy.

Will bear the sites above in mind for future purchases though. Thanks.
