    Digital photo frames

I'm looking for a good quality, good size (10" or more), 4:3 ratio, DPF.

It needs to look good, have good resolution, and a good slideshow options - that means a good variety of frequency options and true random funtion (ie. doesn't start with the same photo each time you switch the DPF on again).

Price is not the main issue - I'll pay what's needed, within reason.

    All suggestions welcome. Thanks.

Why 4:3 ratio? Do you see yourself upgrading to a dSLR in time?

I've got a Philips which is excellent and will do everything you ask. They do a variety of sizes. They have a 10 inch version (link)

    Re: Digital photo frames

    Thanks for the reply.

I thought 4:3 was the standard format for most cameras (I have a Canon Ixus). Many DPF formats seem to be the same ratio as my widescreen laptop, not like the ratio used on old screens.

    Any other suggestions welcome!

    Thanks.

    Re: Digital photo frames

4:3 is the standard for most cameras. APS-C and FF DSLRs use 3:2 instead.
