Looks like an ok deal for some casual gaming/viewing but then I'm not an expert, just don't expect to be too blown away.
Previous selling price @ £249, so not that much of a discount.

There are two versions of the projector, 3D and non 3D. Not sure what you are looking to do with it, but the resolution would puts me off. I am not sure what else you could get much better with that budget, but I'd stretch to £400 for 720p unit.
Just an advance warning. I have a 1024x768 Projector that I paid £23.50 for and whilst it's great for what I paid, having seen many movies on it, I'd never settle for less than 720p if I were buying another one. Seing films on wdiescreen on it effectively made it 576p
