BDV-E370 in a box home cinema with bluray
HD65 OPtoma Projector
HDMI switcher
logitech remote

I have a 2 samsung 32 LCD in each bedroom. how can I set up to watch the film in each room simultaneously?

If you want to display diffent images from multiple sources on multiple displays, you would need a matrix switch.

If your house is cabled with ethernet through a patch panel, you could use something like this with a splitter.
