Lock, Stock and No Smoking Barrels?

A colleague just came up to me and asked where he could buy Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels from, be it online or a high street store.

I thought at first it was a silly question, but after a very short time it appeared he had tried all the places I would have, and not a one sells it.
His only score was a Canadian site selling the R1 version, we just could not find anywhere selling it R2.

An eBay auction has the Director's Cut up, advertised as "the long deleted version" - have they completely deleted all R2 versions of this film now?
I count myself lucky, then, that I had the Director's Cut version bought as a gift some time ago!

Anyone know what's up with this? Is it due for reprint or something?

We have a compy pre viewed at my Blockbusters in Emmer Green in Reading, about a tenner if i remember correctly.

Kelkoo only shows up the region 1 version.

I would reckon that there will be a repacked version released in the future though.

Nah, he just wants the regular version, and not at an insane price.
So far it looks like the R1 copy from Canada at under a tenner delivered, lol.

I was kind of hoping there would be a nice DTS release, then I could sell my Director's Cut and get that, to go with my Superbit copy of Snatch

Cheers guys, yeah - he really wanted the R2 version from this country, new and not insanely expensive, in the end he's ordered it new, R1 from Canada for about £6.80 lol.

Just so strange why it appeared to vanish like that!
