So many to choose from, but I love this one..

"Frankly my dear, I dont give a damn!" - Gone With The Wind (Probably the greatest film ever made)

    And...

"Say hello to my lil freind" - Scarface

    And finally...

Tommys Mother: Why dont you settle down with a nice girl?
Tommy: Sure, mom, I settle down with a nice girl every night, then I'm free the next morning - Goodfellas

There are so many in Army Of Darkness that I would not be able to list them all...but I'll list a few

    "Shop smart, shop S-Mart"

"Ma'am, I'm afraid I'm gonna have to ask you to leave the store"

    "Yo She-B*tch...let's go!"

    "Well hello Mr.Fancy pants!"

"Quit your belly achin'! We can take these deadites...we can take them...with Science."

    must...stop!

it aint really a one liner, but the scene where Galahad is being dragged away from the Castle Anthrax in Monty Python's Holy Grail..

Lancelot: I got here just in time! you were in great peril....

Galahad: Can't I have just a little peril??

Lancelot: No, it's far too perilous...

Even better is the Knights who say "Ni!". The entire scene is fantastic, but the best bit is: "Then, when you have found the shrubbery, you must place it here, beside this shrubbery, only slightly higher, so we get the two-level effect with a little path running down the middle. Then, when you have found the shrubbery, you must cut down the mightiest tree in the forest with... a herring!"

Then again, I think its all fantastic. And the Meaning of Life. And the Life of Brian.

"He's not the messiah, he's a very naughty boy!"
"Well, there was your Uncle Tiberius who died wrapped in cabbage leaves but we assumed that was a freak accident."

    End of Days = Superb.

Gabriel Byrne is amazing in that film - and there's a goldmine of quotes in there

    Satan on God:

"Something good happens, 'It's His will' Something bad happens, "He moves in mysterious ways - Let me tell you something about Him. He is the biggest underachiever of all time. He just has a good publicist, that's all "

ehhehe yeah thats a class one - but i couldnbt remember it all.

End of days is surprisingly good and in depth for an Arnie film - one of his best i think. And the first ever movie i owned on dvd.
