    Wireless Headphones Help Required

Ok, I have major relationship problems at the moment because i keep watching films on my PC having the volume at such a level that it really upsets my girlfriend(who has superman style hearing)
Currently being forced to listen through a very old set of dodgy walkman headphones to all my games/films.
So, thinking of getting a pair of wireless headphones, unfortunately I know less than nothing about them, prices or anything.
Could one of you lovely people give me a quick tutorial on the things I need to know before i buy?
    Many thanks

Unfortunately this falls into the scope of stuff I don't know anything about yet.
How much would I have to pay for a half decent set of each and what are the pros and cons of each type?

infra red are cheaper, i have an old set by phillips that sound nice and were about £20 but if you move around or end up with anything reasonably solid (walls, desks etc.) in between you and the transmitter the signal will go fuzzy and you won't hear the sound, they do also have a shorter range but in most rooms you'd come to a wall before you went out of range.

UHF are more expensive (a decent set is £50 upwards) but they have a much longer range and they work through wall's so if you have to dodge out of the room to get something while your listening to music you don't get an earful of fuzz.

I have an Infra red set and as long as you stay in the same room you hear the music, as knox says RF ones are a lot more expensive

    http://www.qed-uk.com/?i=&vp=6&bg=22...&bi=0&ird=1405 - sennheiser UHF headphones - £45

    http://www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/st...tegoryId=12730 - Phillips UHF headphones - £35

    http://www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/st...tegoryId=12730 - Phillips Infra red headphones - £20

Bottom set are the ones i have and they're pretty good imo, the sennheisers would prolly be worth the extra though if you can afford it.
