But you can't get them for 37p
You could probably get a bit of second-hand MDF and a plastic bottle for 37p, and that would take care of the rhythm, with some user interaction.
Depending on the OP's skill, they could also hunt for some second hand fishing line, strap it to a plank of wood and create a makeshift guitar on which to play the tune, or alternatively blow over a set of leftover glass bottles filled with the correct quantity of water.
