new cinema system

just sold my sony davs500 home cinema system ,anyone got any ideas about a new system around the £400 mark,been looking at a jvc m303?

Does it have to be smaller speakers/all in one? I think its feasible to get much nicer separates for about £100 more, if you could afford that extra £100...
