    Looking for Gaming Headset

    Hi all,

Wondering if anyone could recommend a high-end gaming headset (£100 sort of area)
Ideally i'd like it to *not* be sennheiser(bad warranty experience) and criteria would be:
    1. Full ear coverage(so don't have to catch conversation of GF and her mother discussing shopping)
    2. comfort - i'll regularly wear them for 10 hour gaming shifts
    3. longevity(ideally the foam will not start to fall out after about a year)
    4. Breathable - noone likes sweaty headphones
    Thanks in advance

steelseries are not too bad, such as the siberia, not sure about the new one though.

If you need wireless I think the logitech ones are good.

Do you use the mic? If not a set of hifi cans will get much better sound quality for the price. Fwiw though I use sennheiser pc350se or grado sr80 depending what I'm up to.

Have a look at the Bitfenix Flo which are new out, the mic can be detached to use them as normal headphones. At ~£50 they are getting great reviews and come in a range of colours too. That saving could be put towards a mechanical keyboard or a new mouse perhaps?

All the best with it, I look forward to hearing on what you choose and how they work out for you
